Proposed Benezette Solid Waste Disposal and Illegal Dumping Ordinance
AN ORDINANCE OF BENEZETTE TOWNSHIP, ELK COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, REGULATING THE DISPOSAL OF SOLID WASTE AND THE USE OF THE BENEZETTE TOWNSHIP DUMPING SITE; ESTABLISHING DESIGNATED DISPOSAL HOURS AND MATERIAL RESTRICTIONS; AND PROHIBITING ILLEGAL DUMPING; PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. At the Township Municipal Building, the Benezette Township Supervisors will consider for passage and adoption an ordinance, the above which is a summary of the same. A public hearing will be held by the Township at which time all those in opposition or in agreement with said proposed ordinance and wishing to be heard shall have an opportunity to speak.
