Take Notice the Benezette Township Planning Committee will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 8, 2023 at 6:00pm, in the Township Municipal Building, located at 105 School House Rd, Benezette, PA 15821, to review, consider and take public comment on a proposed zoning ordinance and map as follows:
THE OFFICIAL ZONING ORDINANCE OF BENEZETTE TOWNSHIP and THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF BENEZETTE TOWNSHIP
A true and correct copy of the proposed zoning ordinance and map is available for review on the Benezette Township website: benezettetwp.com and may also be examined at the Township Municipal Building, during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. A copy of the proposed ordinance is also available for inspection at the Elk County Law Library. The hearing is open to the public and all interested parties are invited to attend.
